  • Check your video link if its whole and if the video really exists.
  • Make sure the start time you chose isn’t after the video end time.
  • Don’t fill in both video link and file upload fields, you have to use only one.
  • If still doesn’t work try again because the web server might be busy or try a shorter video

    Uploaded Video:
    Uploaded videos should be max. 50mb in size. Accepted formats are listed above. It is recommended that you upload a small video so that it doesn’t take forever to generate. The bigger the size the more time it takes to upload and generate
    Video Link:
    This currently works with Youtube, Myspace, Spike, Veoh, Break and Eyespot. Just put the link (Example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MctkihapfQs or http://break.com/index/mercedes _vs_ferrari_vs_bmw.html ) and generate the animated gif. Remember that the longer the video the more time it will takes to generate.
